John Wauchope is Mercer & Cooper’s Development Manager, responsible for delivering all development projects. With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, a Master’s Degree in Engineering, and a Bachelor’s in Business, John brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. His diverse background, including roles such as General Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Estimator, has equipped him with the skills needed to deliver projects on time and within budget while effectively managing stakeholders. Outside of work, John enjoys volunteering at his former football club, spending time with friends and family, and staying fit.
